The 72-year-old photographer returned to Salmon Arm about five years ago and will share his passion for capturing landscapes and nature at Atelier A Way of Being gallery on Hudson throughout August. The seasoned, now-retired professional photographer has spent the last several years exploring and capturing the foreshore in every season.

As Chair, Dr. Miles will lead the ShQUooz Circle Program, an Indigenous-led initiative that connects children and youth with aunties, grandmothers, and Knowledge Keepers to share teachings and strengthen cultural identity through land- and water-based activities co-created with Indigenous partners.
