Celebrate Summer with Cascade PBS at CHOMP!

Join Cascade PBS at King County’s Marymoor Park for a day of local food, live music, green living workshops and activities for the whole family. Meet and interact with local farmers, community organizations, chefs and musicians in a family-friendly, completely free celebration of what makes King County great.

This year’s lineup at the free event includes:

  • Cat Power

  • Whitney

  • Lady A

  • Marshall Law Band

  • Warren Dunes

  • Mikey the Rad Scientist

  • Daniel Tiger


Activities include a kid’s carpentry workshop, petting zoo, farmer’s market, kids cooking competition, Henry Art scavenger hunt, Fix-It Fair, tree climbing, food vendors, photos with Daniel Tiger and sustainable living booths.

Art by Northwest Season 3 Premiere Screening

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19

Join us for a special evening celebrating the 3rd season of Art by Northwest!

Join Cascade PBS in celebrating three seasons of Art by Northwest with a live, in-person premiere screening event. Host Brangien Davis will present a sneak peek of new Season 3 episodes alongside behind-the-scenes stories, followed by a live Q&A featuring artists from the new season. Tickets for this free event are available now!


About ArtxNW
Art by Northwest explores the connections between artists and their local environment, capturing the essence of how the diverse landscapes of the Northwest shape their artistic expressions. Each episode provides an intimate portrait of the creative process, as the artists reveal the meanings and motivations behind their work. Hosted by longtime Seattle arts journalist Brangien Davis.

Come together for a beautiful three-day celebration of Native American culture at the Daybreak Star Indian Cultural Center in Discovery Park from July 17 to July 19. It is a wonderful opportunity to witness traditional and contemporary Indigenous dances, savor Native American cuisine, and browse unique handcrafted jewelry, apparel, and artwork from local Native vendors.
