Plenary Speaker Highlights
- Dave Hataj: Pastor, president, and owner of Edgerton Gears, Hataj gave an inspiring talk demonstrating the connection between work and spirituality, outlined in his book, “Good Work: How Blue-Collar Business Can Change Lives, Communities, and the World.”
- Glen Guyton: Pastor and Executive Director of Mennonite Church USA, Guyton shared from Acts 26, and encouraged all to “rise to our feet”, so that we can come together and create positive transformation for all.
- MEDA’s Year in Review: A panel of MEDA staff highlighted the challenges and achievements during this past fiscal year, emphasizing the strong financial position we find ourselves in amidst COVID-19.
- Osheta Moore: Pastor, social activist and author, Moore gave a heartfelt message on what peacemaking looks like in an anti-racist context so that together, we can become “the beloved community”.
