Our Heart of the Community Fund 2024 grant round will support 93 organizations delivering vital programs across the island of Ireland. Thanks to your generosity: children in Belfast will play in safe spaces that nurture reconciliation Educational STEM outreach programs and events will be available to students in Offaly intellectually disabled artists in Galway will achieve their potential through the arts families and individuals facing food poverty in Cork will be assisted

The Ireland Funds is proud to support Crann Centre as it provides comprehensive healthcare, mental welfare and social inclusion solutions for hundreds of families impacted by a neuro-physical disability in Munster. In June, supporters from The Ireland Funds visited their space to see first-hand the innovative and bespoke services they provide for people with neuro-physical conditions, focusing on holistic care.

The 30th Nantucket Celebration at the Whaling Museum honored Bob & Laurie Monahan for their leadership and philanthropy. United States Ambassador to Brazil Elizabeth Frawley Bagley and Ireland’s Ambassador to the United States Geraldine Byrne Nason were in attendance.

Boston Young Leaders Summer Social | June 6, 2024
Over 120 supporters gathered at The Dubliner for The Ireland Funds Boston Young Leaders Summer Social. Paul Rooney, Vice Consul General of Ireland in Boston, was in attendance along with Josh Kraft, President of the New England Patriots Foundation. Tim Griffiths from Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, a project supported by The Ireland Funds, spoke to those gathered.

Chicago Dinner 2024 Kick Off Event | June 6, 2024
The Ireland Funds Chicago Regional Advisory Committee hosted its 2024 Chicago Dinner Kick Off Event at Chicago Cut Steakhouse. The evening welcomed Irish deputy Consul General Pádraig Manning to his first event with The Ireland Funds in Chicago.The 2024 Chicago Dinner on November 6, will honor Kellanova and Fr. Tom Hurley.
