November is a time when we're reminded of so many things to be thankful for. At The Ireland Funds, we're thankful for the incredible support you give which helps us work with hundreds of projects each year including WOMEN'STEC. We've helped them change women's lives with career training in non-traditional paths, enabling women to dream bigger and accomplish things they never knew were possible. Your support is providing hundreds of women with new job skills and a new sense of pride.

Irish Chamber Orchestra
Thanks to you, we're helping the Irish Chamber Orchestra deliver weekly lessons to children in underserved areas of Limerick who would otherwise not have access to musical education. "Our education initiatives serve as an enduring beacon of light beaming into otherwise forgotten communities. While the programmes take the form of free music lessons to over 400 children and young people, their transformative power lies in encouraging the children to lift their heads beyond the four corners of their communities and see a whole new world of possibility waiting for them."

PeacePlayers
Thanks to you, we've enabled PeacePlayers to bring thousands of young people together in Northern Ireland to connect and play together without traditional barriers. "We are truly grateful for this grant from the Heart of the Community Fund and are delighted to continue our partnership with The Ireland Funds. With this support, PeacePlayers will provide young people from diverse backgrounds across Northern Ireland with opportunities for regular contact through playing basketball and learning together. This will help create the next generation of peacemakers."

Sanctuary Runners
Thanks to you, we're helping Sanctuary Runners promote solidarity through sport across 22 counties as they connect asylum-seekers and refugees with local people in their community to run together. Friendships are formed and community is strengthened. "Our dream of creating a Global Solidarity Run would not be possible without the support of The Ireland Funds. Your backing allows us to be innovative, bold, passionate, and successful. It enables us to deliver not just for one day, but for years to come, and truly be at the heart of all communities."
